FUTSAL - N. 1803 - Match with three teams of four players, with pressing and verticalization
Type and Action
Objective: technical, go to goal
Action: attack, defense, pressing
Group / Team: in teams
Age: 11 - 14 years, 7 - 11 years
One team at a time in attack, must try to make a goal with a maximum of two touches in one of the two side goals, but at most only three players of the attacking team can be beyond the midfield line
arranged according to the scheme described, 3 teams, 4 players per team. The field is the one used for futsal, divided into three areas
three teams made up of 4 players of which one team is all on the pitch and the other two teams are on the pitch three at a time. The coach gives the ball to the team that has four players on the pitch and the team must be able to score goals in one of the two goals on either side.
The field is divided into three zones, zone 1 and 3, i.e. the zone of the penalty areas and zone 2, larger where the game and the pressing take place
The coach throws the ball to the whites in their own half and from this moment at most only three white players can cross the midfield line to score and when they cross they must be able to score goals in just two touches.
The three defending players must of course prevent it.
If the white team scores, or the ball is kicked out, the coach immediately throws a new ball again at the whites, but in the other half and the whites with the same system as before must be able to score in one of the two doors defended by three players from the blue team.
Whenever the coach throws a new ball, one of the four defending players stays off the back row.
Every 5 minutes the attacking team is changed and in the end the team that has scored the most goals scored wins.
4 small doors, balls and colored shirts
FUTSAL - No. 1802 - Do what is required and enter the circle
Type and Action
Sport: futsal, analytical exercise, minisport
Objective: Technical, to enter the circles before teammates after having performed what is required
Age: over 7 years
to conduct the ball and to score carry out what is required and enter the circle
arranged according to the described scheme, not in teams. The field is that delineated by the arrangement of the material
Place circles, one less than the number of players, four cones and four stakes, within a predetermined space.
The players each have one ball and must conduct the ball in the manner indicated by the coach (flat, outside, right only, left only, both feet, feint every 4/5 touches, etc.). It will be the coach who, positioned outside the identified space, will tell you what to do. For example:
CIRCLES: Players must quickly enter the circle. Since the circles are at least one less than the players, someone will be left out. All players who manage to enter the circle will score a point and each of them will say their total score out loud.
STICKS: Players must first go around a stake and then position themselves inside a circle.
CONES: Players must first go around a stake and then position themselves inside a circle.
CHANGE: The players must stop the ball with the sole of their foot, then they go in search of another ball left free by some teammate and then they must position themselves inside a circle.
1) To force them to look not only at the ball, the coach will give the command a gesture (e.g. raise the right arm, the left one, both, ...)
2) Carry out the exercise in the form of a game: the coach removes a circle every time and the player who cannot find the circle instead of staying inside the delimited space continues the game outside the space, as long as there is a only winner.
perform the requested command in the best possible way
balloons, circles, cones, stakes
FUTSAL - No. 1801 - 1 on 1, dribbling and shooting
Type and Action
Sport: futsal, analytical exercise
Action: attack, defense, shoot, dribble
Age: over 7 years
This simple exercise allows players to improve their dribbling and shooting technique in a limited and confined space.
arranged according to the scheme described, not in teams. The field is the one delineated by the arrangement of the material, half field
- Create a 5x5 square with Chinese or skittles having the free throw point in the center.
- Place a goalkeeper in the goal and a defender inside the square.
- The rest of the team will form a row behind the cone positioned in midfield.
- Each player in line must have their own ball.
The first player in the row starts with the ball and heads towards the square, trying to dribble the defender inside it.
If he manages to dribble the defender before exiting the square, then he can continue the race towards the shot on goal.
If the ball is won by the defender, or if the dribble ends outside the circle, the attacker automatically takes the place of the defender and the defender gets back in line.
The players in line will take turns starting as soon as the attacker has shot on goal or lost the ball.
1) Enlarge the square to make the exercise easier for the attackers and more difficult for the defenders.
2) Shrink the square to make the exercise more difficult for the attackers and easier for the defenders.
3) add a second defender by enlarging the square.
4) move the square farther away from the goal to shoot from afar
Whatever the method adopted, aim for the goal with determination: this is the game
