Execution
each team is placed in line behind one of the two goal lines. One player from each team remains on the court to return balls to his team. In the middle of the head there is a medicine ball that represents the bomb to push, hitting it with smaller balls, in order to push it into the opponent's field. (Pushing the ball beyond a certain line drawn in each court)
PURPOSE: hitting the ball to push it into the opponent's court
VICTORY: The team that first reaches the goal of the game wins

Execution
the players are arranged in a semicircle, with one being in the centre, either facing the wall or with their eyes closed. The animator gives the ball to one of the players in the semi-circle and he has to hit the one in the middle. If the player who is in the center guesses who hit him, the one who threw the ball goes to the center in turn.
FOULS AND SANCTIONS: it is forbidden for the player in the center to open his eyes or turn around. The player who does not hit the target when shooting becomes the target in turn

Execution
All players except one are arranged in a circle and hold one ankle, resting on one foot only. The player who is outside the circle makes a running lap around it, until he returns to the starting point. Players arranged in a circle must not let go of the ankle.
PURPOSE: Do not let go of the ankle
SCORE: 1 penalty point for those who do not reach the aim of the game
VICTORY: the players who add up the lowest score win

Execution
after arranging the players in two lines, the animator gives the go. Row X players perform the ant gait (hands and feet on the ground, belly up, pelvis raised). Line Y players perform the lizard or snake gait (crawling on the ground). The two lines must reach the Z line
RULES: respect the pace
PURPOSE: Players in Row X must pass Row Y players before getting to Row Z
SCORING: the team will get 1 point for each player in line Y who is not passed
