Type and Action
Sports: volleyball, synthetic exercise
Objective: technical
Action: serving, receiving
Technical Sheet
Age: over 11 years old
Training phase: initial warm-up with the ball
Brief description
One player at a time bats diagonally towards the receiving player and immediately slides clockwise to the next position.
Departure
arranged according to the described pattern, not in teams. The field is the one used for volleyball m. 18x9
Execution
One player at a time bats diagonally towards the receiving player and immediately runs counterclockwise to the next position.
Players batting: If the player batting misses when he is in zone 5, he recovers his ball and reuses it from position 1, otherwise he takes a ball back from the trolley. If he, on the other hand, misses the serve when he is in position 1, he recovers the ball and puts it in the coach's trolley. When a player misses the serve, the coach throws the ball to the player who should have received it from the cart.
Players in reception: the player who receives from zone 5 places the ball on the setter who in turn carries out a lift in zone 4. The player who received takes the steps and catches the ball in flight. Then he takes it to the coach's trolley and returns to the receiving line from position 1. If he misses the reception, he retrieves the ball and brings it back to the trolley, then scrolling to the receiving line from position 1. When the player receives from zone 1 does the same thing but the setter performs the lift in zone 2
Variants
1) Instead of scrolling each serve or catch to the next station, always scroll behind your row and then scroll to the next station at the coach's change signal.
2) Attacking the ball in the other court instead of only catching it at the highest point
3) Repeat the exercise making beats in parallel instead of diagonally (from 1 to 5 and from 5 to 1).
4) In the categories up to the under 13, use the serve from below
Advice
With so many athletes, insert physical or technical exercises in sliding between one station and another.

4) Enter the steps of the dunk for F who starts every time with his arms forward and his left foot on the 3-metre line, taking the last step and loading the thrust for the dunk.
