Type and Action

Typology: movement and sports game for children, exercise games on the spot throwing and catching the ball, running games throwing and catching the ball
Objective: basic physical-motor activity
Action:

Technical Sheet

Group/Team: in teams
Ages: 7-11 years, 3-7 years, 11-14 years

Departure

arranged in rows, of equal length and number;, 2 or more teams, free number of players per team. The field varies from m. 10x10 up to m. 20x20, according to the number of participants

Execution

the animator arranges the players in parallel lines, of equal length and number. Each row represents a team. One member of each team is given a ball. The members of the row must throw the ball from one to the other until it returns to the first player who threw it
RULES: respect the type of throw chosen by the animator or by the players. (It is forbidden to drop the ball)
PURPOSE: To return the ball to the player who first threw it
SCORING: 5 points to the first team that reaches the goal of the game, and then to scale according to the number of players
VICTORY: The team that first reaches the goal of the game wins

Variants

Change throws: ex. throwing like football lineout, throwing with volleyball dribble, or in bagher, one-handed throwing, throwing under the legs, throwing backwards over the head, throwing by tapping the ball on the ground, kicking the ball with the feet, etc.
Arrange the teams in double lines and throw the ball in a zigzag. Passing the ball from the first to the last in line, the last in line starts running with the ball and takes the place of the first in line, who in turn takes the place of the second, and so on, therefore everyone climbs by one place (vary the type of stroke: e.g. lateral stroke, backwards, etc.)

Advice

Vary the distance between players (according to age and ability).
Draw two lines on the ground, at the beginning and at the end of the rows to delimit the length of the rows themselves.
Place circles on the ground to identify the players' positions

Materials

1 ball per team (as many circles as there are players)

Brief description

Three hits, three catches, three lifts and three steals for each player, then run

Departure

arranged according to the described pattern, not in teams. The field is the one used for volleyball m. 18x9, half field lengthwise

Execution

Three players batting. Take turns tapping the ball to the player making the catch. The setter raises the ball towards the player in zone 4 who stops it trying to catch it at the highest point and immediately gives it back to the player who hit it. After 3 hits one of the batting players runs to receive. On the other side of the field exactly the same with the other players.

Variants

1) Run at the coach change signal, rather than after 3 hits and then make several receptions for each player.
2) Scroll leaving the setter's position fixed
3) Insert two players in reception, one in 5 and one in 6
4) Enter the steps of the dunk for F who starts every time with his arms forward and his left foot on the 3-metre line, taking the last step and loading the thrust for the dunk.

Advice

Serve from 7 meters to improve the precision and fluidity of the exercise.
